Summary[]
WILL CAT AND VINCENT MAKE IT DOWN THE AISLE? – Cat (Kristin Kreuk) is excited to finally walk down the aisle with Vincent (Jay Ryan), but can’t help worry that the rash of superhuman experiments will ruin her destined moment. Vincent, JT (Austin Basis) and Tess (Nina Lisandrello) are determined to do anything they can to keep Cat focused on her big day before all hell breaks loose.

With Julianna in a coma, Vincent and Catherine can relax and focus on their wedding rehearsal. Turns out, Heather worries enough for the three of them when it involves flowers and jinxes. JT and Tess attempt to hide their break-up until after the wedding. Julianna wakes up from her coma. Vincent and Tess pay her a visit. After another round finger-pointing, Julianna accepts that Vincent and Catherine are not working for the mysterious person she was trying to stop – Liam. Liam forced Julianna to enhance him with her serum and then escaped. Julianna is convinced that Liam will kill her and the only way to stop him is with a super-enhanced beast. She offers to “enhance” Vincent so he can go kill Liam. Vincent declines. Tess and Vincent agree to keep new development from Catherine. Luckily, Heather and a couple of massage therapists are at home with Cat to play interference and keep the bride focused on the wedding. At Vincent and Catherine’s rehearsal dinner, the entire room gets an alert that Julianna has escaped from the hospital. The new plan is for Heather, JT, Tess and Vincent to keep Cat away from her phone. Vincent and Tess investigate together for the first time and bond in the process. JT looks through the various police databases for a “Liam”. Julianna steals the serum from the police evidence room. Thanks to a police alert, Catherine finds out that Julianna is on the loose and that everyone kept it from her. Cat goes to the precinct. Tess convinces her to let them handle it and puts her on a limo to head over to the church. Julianna jumps Cat. They fight in the back of the limo until Vincent arrives and captures Julianna. Cat hands him the serum and walks off. Inside the church, JT ties Julianna up to the radiator. He tells her to just sit there and shut up. She doesn’t comply so he tranqs her. He convinces Tess to put a pin on the arrest until the wedding is over. Vincent goes after Catherine and begs her to come back to the church. Vincent tells Cat how he lived in the shadows for ten years and he felt lost except for her. Cat agrees to go back to the church and get married. After covering up the bruises and wiping away her bloody lip, Cat goes to change. During their walk down the aisle, Tess informs JT that someone matching Liam’s description just landed in JFK from London. Lurking on a rooftop is Liam, using his beast scene to find Julianna in the church. Just as Catherine walks down the aisle every police officer gets an alert about an escaped “terrorist”. Most cops leave the church just as Julianna screams bloody murder. Heather pulls the fire alarm to get everyone out. Vincent and Cat run to the back room only to realize that Liam ripped Julianna’s arm off. They try to attack him, but Liam is super strong, fast and can heal. Vincent is no match for him and ends up severely injured. Liam leaves the scene of the crime and so does Catherine. Vincent gets some medical attention and goes after Cat. JT wants to go after Vincent but Heather points out that he should let Vincent go and worry about Tess. Julianna’s murder has a lot of consequences for Tess. She didn’t follow protocol and a woman was killed on her watch. Chief of Police Ward makes sure Tess understands that her job is in jeopardy. Tess’s awful day improves a little when she arrives to her office and finds a thoughtful gift from JT, which is exactly what she needed. On Catherine’s roof, she assures Vincent that she is not mad at him, that she wants to marry him and that she doesn’t blame him. Vincent wants to be the one to stop Liam. However, Cat doesn’t want to be the one to go after Liam and she quits. |
